Crescent Textile Mills is a well known name in the Pakistan Textile Industry for a long time. Crescent Textile started its journey in the field of Lawn in 2011. Crescent has launched its first lawn collection with an international model. Crescent has continued this trend and presented their collection in 2012 in the same way and got a huge publicity and success. Now, Crescent has carried on and launched stunning Lawn Collection on 4th March with the beautiful, elegant and gorgeous brand ambassador Karishma Kapoor. Karisma Kapoor is a reflection of the sub-continental woman who represents a harmony between the eclecticism of the West and the culture of the East. Crescent Summer Lawn Collection 2013 is designed by Pakistan leading fashion designer Faraz Manan.
Farza Manan is Creative Director of Crescent. Speaking about his S/S 2013 collaborative collection with Crescent fashion designer Faraz Manan said, “This is a collection for which I am extremely excited. Having enjoyed the tremendous success for both of our collections last year, we’re taken on the challenge of creating an even better line for 2013, combining the best elements and learning from the previous two collections. I am confident that this will be our biggest collection to date.”
Brand ambassador Karisma Kapoor said “I am glad to work with our friends from the other side of the border yet again! I am excited to see how we shoot it this time around. Having done this in the past, I feel a sense of connect with the brand and the fashion philosophy it embodies. The colors, designs and fabric are all something I have advocated in the past, and continue to do so this time around as well.”
According to Faraz Manan, Crescent Lawn Collection 2013 theme, color palette and styling is inspired from the some of the greatest places of the world like princely estates of the Jaipur, colosseum of Rome, reverence of Sub-Continent, vibrancy of Soho, colour of the Kashmir, The Falaknuma Palce of Hayderabad, Historical city of Lahore. Faraz Manan labeled designs in an impressive way on the basis of mood, feelings and nature. A design is labeled as “Kashmir” in which designer tried to show the color and beauty of Kashmir Valley. In the same way he labeled different designs like Falaknuma, Lahore, Hyderabad, Summer 1958, Ivory & Rouge, Coral Sorbet, Florentine, Champagne Gold, Venetian Rose, Roman Holiday, Jashan, Lady Sapphire and City of Pearls. Every design has a different theme and color scheme.
Crescent is covering a large number of audiences through this collection. The price range of this collection is 5000 to 6000. There is a complete variety of designs; it can be used as casual dress as well as formal. Its vibrant and colorful designs can be worn on small occasions like Dholki and in different parties.
This collection is available on all leading retailer stores of Pakistan and it will be launched in India as well. Now Indian women can find this stunning collection from Groovytex in Delhi and in different retailer stores of Mumbai too.
