Water is essential part of our life. Without water we cannot imagine to live. The importance of water for skin and health cannot be denied. It helps in regulating the body temperature via perspiration which also cleans our pores from dirt and toxins helping to avoid acne and other problems. It moisturizes the skin. It provides our skin with buoyancy and elasticity being stored between the muscle and upper layers of skin. You should drink around 7 to 8 glasses of water in a day and we cannot count tea in it because it will actually make you more dehydrated. The function of water in the body can be seen as:-

Sunscreen (also commonly known as sun block, sunburn cream, suntan lotion) is a spray, gel, lotion or other product that absorbs or reflects some of the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation on the skin exposed to sunlight and thus helps to protect against sunburn.

Cleansing is must in summers. Cleansing is the act of making something clean. It removes the excess oil and dirt from the epidermis to make the skin clean. Cleanse the face properly at least twice a day. Cleanse your skin before going to bed in routine.

Find the best suitable night cream for you. Night cream may be deep moisturizer or anti-aging. It totally depends upon your skin. But don’t forget to use night cream before going to bed.
