Top 10 Tips for Healthy Life

It is a common saying that health is wealth. Health means a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being. It is a general condition of a person’s mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness. Actually a sound mind is in a sound body. People want to get fit, healthy and want lose their weight that is nothing new. To maintain a body is difficult but not impossible.

There are some health tips that will be helpful to improve the health. Some quick health tips are:-

1. Bow to GOD

We are muslims and have strong believe on ALLAH ALMIGHTY. We should say our prayers regularly. It is not only the part of our religion but also a type of healthy exercise. So pray five times a day in right way. It is the best exercise.

2.Take Exercise

Exercise has become a vital part in losing weight. Basic exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, planks works a lot. Improve the flexibility of body. 15 to 20 minutes are enough for exercise if you are doing it regularly.

3. Walk daily

Daily walk is compulsory for overall strength and fitness. It need not to be power walking but walk should be non-stop. We waste a lot of time in using mobile phone; we can walk while talking to our friend on cell phone.

4. Drink Water

Take a lot of water throughout a day. At least 8-10 glasses are must in a day. Start your day with water and don’t forget to drink water while starting your meal.

5. Avoid Soft Drinks

Replace soft drinks with water and fresh juices. Green tea and water with squeezed lemon are good for health. It will do wonders for you.

6. Healthy Breakfast

Eat in proper way. Build the habit of taking healthy breakfast. It may be egg white with milk. Frequent smaller meals also reduce the stomach size over time. Take 6 smaller meals instead of 3 larger ones.

7. Avoid Junk Food

Avoid junk food because they are fatty and have zero nutritious value. We can take grilled food instead of fried food.

8. Fruits & Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are excellent source for Fat reduction because they have low calories, rich in vitamins, minerals and water.

9. Avoid excess calories

Eat slowly, burn fat, and avoid sugar as you can.Take milk, curd, honey instead of cakes and cookies.

10. Natural Foods

Take the food in their natural state. Eat whole, unprocessed food. Whole foods (like milk, eggs, chicken, vegetables and fruits) are better than processed food (like pastries, pizza, pasta etc).
